Chem Light

A chem light is a non-toxic plastic light source you can use for an entire night to provide light for you and your camp.

Price is for one chem light. We buy these in bulk and they are individually sealed.

The Coghlan’s SNAPLIGHT Lightsticks provide 12 hours of glow but the intensity does lesson over time. A more realistic use time is around 8 hours. The brightness and duration is affected by temperature variations.

The colder the temperature, the dimmer the light source but with longer duration. Temperatures over 80 degrees Fahrenheit ( 27 degrees Celsius) will result in brighter light but for a much shorter duration.

Keeping light sticks on hand provide security and the ability to get things done after the sun goes down. Extremely lightweight; they add nearly nothing to the weight you are carrying.

Light sticks can be used for dozens of applications. They can be used for camping, backpacking, patio lights, tent lights, RV and camper lights, fishing, hunting, hiking, and as an emergency light source to keep in first aide or emergency kits for homes.

We only carry the GREEN chem light. This is a bright enough light to do work and can last all night.
