Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. If you place your order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number. We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone. Our privacy policy is posted.

Ensure you include appropriate shipping charges for the items you are ordering. Many of the survival kits are heavier items and shipping charges can be more than a standard shipping rate. Our shopping cart will calculate the shipping charge for you based on weight of package. If you are mailing in your order, please place the items in your shopping cart along with your zip code so that you can determine what the correct shpping cost is. You will then be able to include appropriate shipping.
