Shipping Info

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days, with the exception of all backpack kits and Wise Company food orders. Backpack kits are special order items that are built individually as ordered. Current ship time for backpack kits is 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship respectively within 1-2 business days (1-3 business days for all backpack kits) following the weekend or holiday.*

Wise Company food orders will ship within 10-14 business days.  There is a huge demand for these long term food storage buckets and processing time takes a bit longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email which will provide your tracking number links to track your package. If you place your order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number. We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone. Our privacy policy is posted.

Shipping Charges - Shipping charges are calculated based on your address and the weight of your order. The actual shipping amounts come directly from the UPS or USPS servers and are an exact amount of what they are charging for shipping.  We do not add anything extra to the shipping. No processing or handling fees! If a package weighs a lot, the cost to ship that order to you is going to be higher. You have the option to choose your shipping method when checking out. Depending on the service level and weight of package, it may be less expensive to go with one or the other. We will ship your order to you by the method you choose.

FREE SHIPPING: Orders totaling $50.00 or higher qualify for free standard shipping. Your order will ship via UPS or US Mail at our discrecition. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you once your order does ship, which will provide the shipping method and tracking information.  Free shipping is available to US Residents only.

Ensure you include appropriate shipping charges for the items you are ordering. Many of the survival kits are heavier items and shipping charges can be more than a standard shipping rate. Our shopping cart will calculate the shipping charge for you based on weight of package. If you are mailing in your order, please place the items in your shopping cart along with your zip code so that you can determine what the correct shipping cost is. You will then be able to include appropriate shipping.
