Returns

We offer 30-day returns on our survival gear items. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt. We only ask that you follow our guidelines when doing so.


All regular store item returns will be accepted within 30 days from order date (special instructions for non-regular items are provided below). An RMA (Return Mechandise Authorization) Number must be issued for all returns.  Please make sure to follow the below instructions and request an RMA Number before returning an item(s). Failure to do so will result in your package being refused and returned back to you.

SURVIVAL KITS - Returns will be accepted within 30 days from date of order. Kit(s) must be returned in the same re-sellable condition as received by customer.  If an item(s) is missing from the kit, please notify us within 30 days from date of order, and the missing item(s) will be shipped immediately. If there is a defective item(s), please notifiy us within 30 days from date of order and the item will be replaced, and we will pay return shipping costs for the defective item(s).  NO REFUNDS ON ANY FOOD OR WATER ITEMS (by law, we are restricted from re-selling food or water items from a customer return, this includes individually sold food and water).

WISE FOOD STORAGE - Returns for DEFECTIVE FOOD ITEMS ONLY will be accepted within 30 days from date of order. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any food storage item.

CLEARANCE ITEMS - ALL SALES FINAL - We will accept returns on defective items only.  Defective items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. NO REFUNDS will be issued for clearance items. You can exchange the item (if the item is still available) or receive an in-store credit. If you have received an item that is defective, please follow the below return instructions. 


If you need to return an item(s), please read the following:

  • Contact us by email for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Provide your name, order number, order date, what you would like to return, daytime telephone number, and reason for return.  We will respond with return instructions, including the address to send the returned item(s) to.
  • The RMA number must be on your return shipping label.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Please send your return with a delivery confirmation or tracking number so that you can keep track of it's progress to our warehouse. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the return gets to TBO-TECH, INC.  You are welcome to forward the tracking information to us if you like.
